Amy D. Snow holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology where she worked in medical
research. After several years, she obtained her Bachelor and Master Degrees in Science. She is licensed by the North
Carolina Board of Nursing as a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Snow obtained her Doctorate in Nursing at the University
of Alabama. At Piedmont Psychiatric Associates, she works collaboratively with Dr. Marshall and other clinical staff to provide
individualized primary mental health care to adults. This care includes the evaluation, diagnosis, and management(including
education, medication prescribing and monitoring) of adults with mental health problems and psychiatric disorders with the
goal of helping to restore them to their highest level of functioning.
