Bob Denig started at PPA in 1999. During his 30 year career, he has treated
adults for an array of emotional and behavioral problems including depression, anxiety disorder, and various types of relationship
and family therapy. His specialty over the years has been the treatment of chemically dependent individuals and their family
members. Prior to his work at PPA, Mr. Denig managed a treatment center for chemically dependent adolescent males. He provides
employee assistance programs (EAPs) to business and industry. This involves counseling employees to resolve personal problems
to enhance their employment. Mr. Denig is a licensed professional counselor
(LPC), a state-licensed and nationally-certified employee assistance professional (LEAP and CEAP), a federally qualified substance
abuse professional (SAP), and has a bachelor's and master's degrees in psychology. Mr. Denig works in our Clemmons office.
